The Pressure Does is building for a change in policy: Why it Might Happen, Why Not.

The Wall Street Journal Op/Ed I mentioned was published a few hours ago.

Its been a pretty quick process, and I’m grateful that it has appeared. I wrote the first angry draft more than two weeks ago, when it was clear that the Biden administration was still keeping Ukraine from striking military targets in Russia. I had a flicker of hope when the Russian Kharkiv offensive started that the administration would do the military sensible thing and at least let Ukraine hit the logistics, artillery support, etc for the offensive.

However, it was never going to be that easy.

That being said, there is some growing pressure and possible good news happening in this area.
