This is Donald Trump's Actual "Peace" Plan for Ukraine

Hi All,

There have been a number of people over the last few weeks writing pieces about what a Donald Trump “peace” plan for the Russo-Ukraine War should look like. They universally are trying to do one thing—to make it look like Trump might be more supportive of Ukraine than he has so far been. And they are written by people who both claim to support Ukraine and also to support Trump.

Putin 'has Trump's number' and still sees him 'as an asset', says Fiona Hill | US news | The Guardian

One problem with these plans is that they bear little or no resemblance to what Trump has said he wants to do. I suppose that is the point. None of them seem realistic, but written more to try and keep those who want to support both Trump and Ukraine from acknowledging that their twin positions are irreconcilable.

Another problem with all of these plans, however, is that Trump has spoken openly many many times about his plans for Ukraine—and all these other plans are based on the assumption that he is lying when he clearly says things he will do. I will now pay Trump the compliment of believing what he says—and from that using only his quotes say as precisely as I can what his real plans for Ukraine are. This is Trump’s peace plan as said publicly by him, or as relayed by those who are close to him. There will be no guesses and no “optimistic” future scenarios based on people having Trump do what they want him to do—as opposed to what he says he will do.
