I thought it was time for an analysis of the Israeli-US air campaign against Iran, which is now in a ceasefire stage, and which represents one of the weirdest air campaigns ever fought. If it does end here, we will be left with more questions than answers for a long time. In particular, what would have happened had Donald Trump not intervened and made the campaign about him and, in the process, possibly done the Iranian regime a real favor.
