What We Probably Know, What We Dont Know, What Matters Going Forward

A few people have asked me when I was going to write about this—and I’ve been cautious on that subject for a few reasons. First the details are somewhat patchy and the Ukrainian government and military has exercised excellent Opsec (operational security) so far and kept the details under wraps. Secondly, Ive been asked to write a piece for the Atlantic on this subject, so Ive been gathering information for that—trying to gleam as much information as possible (while admitting that there is very little definite at this point). I will share an early draft of what I’ve written for the Atlantic at the end of this—the final article will be quite different.
