The Ukrainian Counteroffensive Is Here

Though the main effort has not started (unless it is right now).

Hello Everyone. The last few weeks have seen the Ukrainians move methodically to the launching of the main point of their counteroffensive—though the main effort has not happened yet (unless it is starting to occur as we speak). What do I mean—well for the last few weeks the Ukrainians have been taking a number of steps to both weaken the Russian lines and then identify weak points. They have posed the Russians a number of different questions, to see how they react.

(note—I think what I will do over the next few weeks is instead of doing the one somewhat detailed midweek update for subscribers, to write shorter pieces a few times a week for the subscribers about what seems to be happening. And dont worry if you dont want to pay—the Sunday update, which Im sure will say a great deal about the counteroffensive, will remain free.
