Just wanted to let you know that my most recent piece has just appeared in the Atlantic. Its a piece that I found both painful and important to write—an overall look at the failure of the Biden Administration’s policy towards Ukraine. It was a failure, and a catastrophic one, which is making the world a more dangerous place and has weakened the US.
